Our management team will interview and vet all potential Title Partners. All qualified Title Partners will have certain specialties, from geographical locations to transactional types. For example, a Title Partner who will issue title for a SFR refinance transaction in Ocean County, NJ will be completely different from a Title Partner who will issue title for a commercial buyout transaction in Puerto Rico - not all title contacts are alike, but more importantly not all title companies function alike; title companies have become specialized and over time have created niches for themselves. OMT leverages these efficiencies by selecting the appropriate and expert Title Partner for your particular transaction. Whether residential or commercial, or anywhere in the 50 states, OMT's internal routing platform will direct title contacts to the appropriate Title Partner.
